This tea is made with passionflower and valerian root with a touch of Chamomile for those nights where you need a great night sleep. All ingredients are 100% organic.

Each package yields 12-14 cups of tea and you should steep for 3 to 5 minutes for each 6-8 ounce cup of tea.
